Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut in chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty into shallow baking dish or pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
