Ingredients/Components
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In large bowl, coat potatoes with oil, then add soup mix and mix well. Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
