Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
- envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix - 1 item
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In large bowl, add all ingredients. Toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
