Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1-1/4 c
- shortening - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick
How to make onion rings:
Mix flour, salt and shortening together. Stir in eggs and milk. Dip sliced onions. Cook in hot grease (375°) until golden brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Onions.
