Olive cheese balls
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- cheese - 2 c
- small pimento stuffed olives, drained - 36 item
How to make olive cheese balls:
Mix cheese and flour; mix in margarine. Work dough with hands if it seems dry. Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around olives. Shape into balls. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 400°. Bake until set, 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
