- sugar - 3 c
- butter - 1 c
- shortening - 1 c
- eggs - 10 item
- flour - 3 c
- lemon extract - 2 tsp
- juice of 1 lemon
How to make old fashion pound cake:
Cream sugar, butter and shortening. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour slowly, beating well. Add lemon extract and juice; blend. Pour into greased angel food cake pan.
