Oatmeal pudding cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• eggs - 2 item
• flour
• brown sugar - 3/4 c
• butter - 1 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• oats
• vanilla pudding - 1 serving
• raisins or chocolate chips - 1 c

How to make oatmeal pudding cookies:

Mix flour and baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs.

Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and chocolate chips (raisins). Batter will be stiff. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2-inches apart. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
