Oatmeal pudding cookies
Ingredients/Components
- unsifted all-purpose flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 1/4 c
- firmly packed light brown sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- 4-serving size Jell-O brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling - 1 pkg
- quick-cooking rolled oats
- raisins optional - 1 c
How to make oatmeal pudding cookies:
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in oats and raisins. Batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
