Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- canola oil - 1/4 c
- quick cook oats - 1/2 c
- Egg Beaters - 2 Tbsp
How to make oatmeal muffins:
Combine oats and buttermilk; let stand 10 minutes. Add Egg Beaters, brown sugar and oil. Stir until blended. Sift in dry ingredients. Spoon into muffin pan that has been Pam sprayed. Bake in preheated 350° oven about 15 minutes. Makes 6 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
