Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- sour milk - 1 c
- rolled oats quick or cooking - 1 c
How to make oatmeal muffins:
Grease 12-cup muffin pan or use papers. Sift together the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda); set aside. Pour milk over oats. Add brown sugar, egg and oil; mix well.
