Oatmeal muffins

Ingredients/Components

• packed brown sugar - 1 c
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• all-purpose flour - 1 c
• raisins - 1 c
• eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
• cooked oatmeal - 1 c

How to make oatmeal muffins:

In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, combine oil, eggs, oatmeal, raisins and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened (batter will be very thin). Spoon into greased muffin pan
