Oatmeal drop cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- molasses - 1/3 c
- raisins - 1 c
- rolled oats - 2 c
How to make oatmeal drop cookies:
Heat oven to 400°. Mix shortening, sugar, eggs and molasses thoroughly. Measure flour. Stir dry ingredients together; blend in. Stir in oats, nuts and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
