- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- quick oatmeal - 1 c
How to make oatmeal dinner rolls:
Combine oatmeal and buttermilk; set aside for 5 minutes. Add eggs and sugar; mix well. Mix together flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Stir all together adding oil last.
