- Salt - 1 tsp
- Flour
- Vanilla
- Brown Sugar - 1 c
- White Sugar - 1 c
- Shortening - 1 c
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp
- Add:2 Eggs, beat well
- Quick Rolled Oats - 3 c
How to make oatmeal crisps:
Add:2 Eggs, beat well Add:1 tsp. Vanilla1 1/2 c. Flour1 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Baking Soda3 c. Quick Rolled Oats Stir together and shape into 4 rolls. Chill. Slice and bake at 325° to 350° for 10 minutes. Makes 7 to 8 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Egg Free.
