Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1 c
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • soft butter - 1 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • quick oatmeal - 3 c
  • unbeaten eggs - 2 item

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Mix butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla and milk. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix and add oatmeal and chips. Mix well. Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes or until brown. Makes 5 dozen.
