Ingredients/Components

  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour
  • oatmeal - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour and other dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Do not overbake.
