eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
flour
brown sugar - 1 c
butter - 1 c
coconut - 1 c
soda - 1 tsp
quick cooking oats - 3 c
pecans, chopped - 1 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Add oats, nuts and coconut. Beat well. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
