Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• stick margarine - 1 item
• brown sugar - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1/2 c
• oatmeal - 2 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• walnuts - 1 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Cream margarine, shortening and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and dry ingredients. Add oatmeal and nuts by hand. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350° for about 10 minutes until light brown.
