- light or dark corn syrup - 3/4 c
- sweetened flaked coconut - 1/2 c
- stick butter melted - 1 item
- oats - 3/4 c
- large eggs - 2 item
How to make oatmeal coconut pie:
Filling:3/4 c. sugar3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut1 stick butter melted3/4 c. oats2 large eggs Mix all filling ingredients together, pour into shell and bake for 55 to 60 minutes until top is golden brown.
