  • sweetened flaked coconut - 1/2 c
  • stick butter melted - 1 item
  • oats - 3/4 c
  • large eggs - 2 item

How to make oatmeal coconut pie:

Filling:3/4 c. sugar3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut1 stick butter melted3/4 c. oats2 large eggs Mix all filling ingredients together, pour into shell and bake for 55 to 60 minutes until top is golden brown. Test with toothpick in center. Filling will still be soft. Bake at 350°.
