Oatmeal chocolate chip muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- miniature chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- old-fashioned oats - 1 c
How to make oatmeal chocolate chip muffins:
Dry Ingredients:1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour1/3 c. sugar1 Tbsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips Preheat oven to 400°. Grease or line 12 muffin cups. Whisk wet ingredients together in medium bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until combined. Add chocolate chips.
