- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 4 tsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- boiling water
- nuts - 1 c
- quick oats - 1 c
- Let stand 20 minutes
How to make oatmeal cake:
Cover oats with water. Let stand 20 minutes. Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar together, then add eggs and remaining ingredients. Bake until done at 350°.
