  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • boiling water
  • egg - 1 item
  • rolled oats - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • stick butter oleo - 1 item
  • Pour in tube pan and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes, then take out of oven and let cool

How to make oatmeal cake:

Soak oats in water, then add oleo and sugar. Pour in tube pan and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes, then take out of oven and let cool.Lemon Sauce:1/2 c. oleo1 c. sugar1/2 c. water1 egg3 Tbsp. lemon juice Combine in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly just until mixture comes to a boil. Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce. Pour on cake.
