Oatmeal blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- blueberries - 1 c
- quick or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
How to make oatmeal blueberry muffins:
Note: An additional 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar may be added for sweeter taste.Mix together first 6 ingredients. Cream together oil, milk, egg and vanilla. Dust blueberries with 1 tablespoon of dry ingredients; set aside. Add creamed mix to dry mix until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill 12 greased medium-sized muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
