Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- quick or regular oatmeal
- blueberries drain if you use a can - 3/4 1
How to make oatmeal blueberry muffins:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Add milk, egg and oil. Mix until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill 12 greased medium-size muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 425° oven about 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
