Oatmeal blueberry muffins


Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- oatmeal - 2/3 c
- fresh or frozen blueberries - 1 c
How to make oatmeal blueberry muffins:
Topping:1 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 400°. Grease or line 12 muffin pan cups. Whisk wet ingredients together in medium bowl. Add oatmeal. Let stand for 10 minutes.Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir wet ingredients in dry ingredients just until combined. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into pans.
Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake 20 to 22 minutes. Cool in pans 5 minutes.
