Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • chocolate chips - 12 oz
  • powdered sugar - 2 lb
  • butterscotch chips - 12 oz
  • peanut butter - 2 c
  • butter, melted - 1/2 lb
  • salted peanuts - 1 lb
  • vanilla pudding - 1 pkg

How to make nut goodie bars:

Melt together chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Pour half of this mixture in jelly roll pan and reserve half for top layer. Combine melted butter, pudding mix and milk over low heat for about 1 minute. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until well blended. Spread over chocolate layer and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Add salted peanuts to remaining chocolate mixture and spread over second layer. Refrigerate.
