vanilla - 1 tsp
semi-sweet chocolate chips - 12 oz
butter - 1/2 c
powdered sugar - 2 lb
butterscotch chips - 12 oz
chunky peanut butter - 18 oz
Melt at 50% power until melted, for approximately two minutes, stirring at one minute
vanilla pudding mix not instant - 1/4 c
jar dry-roasted, salted peanuts - 1 item

How to make nut goodie bars:

Place ingredients in a large microwavable bowl. Melt at 50% power until melted, for approximately two minutes, stirring at one minute. Stir well. Pour half of mixture in greased pans, one 9 x 13-inch and one 8 x 8-inch. Chill while preparing filling.Filling:1 c. milk1/2 c. butter1/4 c. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)1 tsp. vanilla2 lb. powdered sugar1 jar dry-roasted, salted peanuts Place milk, butter and pudding mix in large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk together. Heat to boiling. Boil and stir one minute. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar.

Press filling over chilled chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with the peanuts and press into the filling.

Top with the remaining chocolate mixture and chill until set. Cut into small squares.
