Nut cups



  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick butter at room temperature - 1 item

How to make nut cups:

Filling:1 1/4 c. brown sugar2 eggs, beaten4 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla1 3/4 c. chopped pecans Mix flour, butter and cream cheese and shape into approximately 36 balls, then form into cups.

Filling: Add sugar, butter and vanilla to beaten eggs and beat until combined; add pecans and combine. Fill cups and bake at 375° for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from cookie sheet with tip of knife. Dust with 10x sugar before serving if desired.
