Norwegian sweet soup
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 1 c
- chopped apples - 1 c
- stick cinnamon - 1 item
- pitted prunes - 1 c
- currants - 1 c
- Minute tapioca - 1/2 c
- grape juice - 2 c
How to make norwegian sweet soup:
Add tapioca to boiling water, stirring frequently. Add rest of ingredients except grape juice and boil until fruit is tender. When soup is done, add grape juice. Serve with Rusks.
