Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• dairy sour cream - 2 c
• margarine - 2 Tbsp
• pepper - 1/8 tsp
• grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
• garlic, crushed - 1 item
• snipped chives - 1 Tbsp
• uncooked wide egg noodles - 8 oz

How to make noodles romanoff:

Cook noodles as directed on package. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir margarine into hot noodles. Stir in sour cream mixture. Arrange in dish or platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Makes 8 servings.
