How to make noodles:
Beat eggs and salt to taste. Add flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out very thin. Cut with a noodle cutter or roll up the sheet of dough fairly tight and cut with a sharp knife. Now unroll the little slices.Recipe categories: Healthy, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
