  • milk - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1 item
  • green pepper, diced - 1 item
  • onions, diced - 1/2 c
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • butter for frying - 1 item
  • stew meat, cut into bite-size pieces - 2 3
  • fresh mushrooms or can - 1 item
  • egg noodles 20 oz - 1 pkg

How to make noodle surprise:

Stew meat trimmed into bite-size pieces. Brown in butter. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Add fresh or canned mushrooms. Add onions, green pepper; stir and simmer until tender. Add soup; stir until thickened. Add milk to consistency you desire. Boil egg noodles which can be done as meat cooks. Add meat mixture on top of noodles and serve.
