  • onion, cut up - 1 item
  • celery, cut up
  • carrots, cut up
  • V-8 juice - 3 4
  • of stew meat - 1 2
  • - 6 potatoes, cut up - 5 item
  • minute tapioca not pudding

How to make no peek stew:

Add all vegetables to cut up stew meat in oven safe pot or deep casserole dish with lid. Pour V-8 juice over ingredients. Add tapioca and stir. Cook in oven 4 hours at 250. Keep lid on tight and don't peek.
