Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- water - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- shortening
- white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make no fail pie crust:
Combine sugar, salt and flour in a bowl. Add shortening; mix well. Beat together the egg, water and vinegar; add to flour mixture. Mix until well moistened. Chill at least 15 minutes before using.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
