Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • shortening

How to make no-fail pie crust:

Blend shortening and dry ingredients. Beat other ingredients and add to dry, blending with a fork until moistened. Mold dough into 4 or 5 balls. Chill well (a must!) as dough is very soft. Dough keeps in refrigerator 3 days or may be frozen.
