No crust coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- coconut
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- stick butter, melted and cooled - 1 item
- eggs, beat with mixer - 4 item
How to make no crust coconut pie:
Yields 2 pies. Mix all ingredients together and pour into two pie pans. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Reduce to 300° and bake until firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
