No cook marshmallow frosting
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- Karo light syrup - 3/4 c
How to make no cook marshmallow frosting:
Beat egg whites and salt with mixer until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is smooth and glossy. Beat in Karo syrup, a little at a time. Beat until frosting holds firm peaks when beaters are raised. Fold in vanilla and food coloring, if desired.
