No bake pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 2 c
- ground cloves - 1 tsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- baked pie shells - 2 item
- vanilla pudding mix not instant - 1 pkg
How to make no bake pumpkin pie:
Put all ingredients except pie shells into saucepan. Bring to boil and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool 15 minutes. Pour into pie shells; serve topped with whipped cream.
