No bake oatmeal cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- quick oats - 3 c
How to make no bake oatmeal cookies:
Melt margarine in saucepan, add sugar and milk. Bring to boil, cook one minute. Remove from heat, add the oats, peanut butter, cocoa and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon on wax paper, let cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cookie and brownie.
