No-bake chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• semi-sweet chocolate chips
• butter or margarine, softened - 1/4 c
• Cool Whip, thawed - 2 c

How to make no-bake chocolate cheesecake:

Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler; set aside to cool. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and butter with an electric mixer until smooth. On low speed, blend in melted chocolate. Fold in whipped topping until blended. Spoon into crust. Cover and chill until firm. Makes 8 servings.
