Middle Layer:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar Cool Whip Top Layer:1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding3 c. milk Cool Whip Mix together bottom layer and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes in 350° oven.

Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Then fold in half of an 8 ounce container of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled baked bottom layer.

Beat top layer ingredients until smooth and pour over middle layer. Let stand a few minutes. Spread other half of Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle with grated Hershey bar. Refrigerate. Serves 12 to 15.
