2nd Layer:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. sugar1/2 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 3rd Layer:2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix3 c. milk1 chocolate bar Mix crust ingredients and spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350° and cool.

Mix 2nd Layer and spread over cooled crust.

Mix 3rd Layer and spread over 2nd Layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top. Grate chocolate bar over Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
