New orleans potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 12 Tbsp
- salt - 3/8 tsp
- cold water - 1 qt
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- onion
- diced potatoes - 12 oz
- Cheddar cheese
- corn flake crumbs - 4 Tbsp
- cream of celery soup
- liquid margarine - 1 Tbsp
How to make new orleans potatoes:
Cook the potatoes in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain off water. Combine all ingredients except margarine and crumbs. Place in long pan. Drizzle margarine on top and sprinkle corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Mashed potatoes.
