Never fail pie crust



  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • water - 5 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Crisco

How to make never fail pie crust:

Measure salt and flour into large mixing bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until particles are size of peas. Beat egg; add water and vinegar. Pour into flour mixture and mix. Divide into 4 balls. Roll on floured board. Makes 2 double crusts.
