Ingredients/Components
- ground meat - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion - 1 c
- black olives - 1 item
- tomato - 1 item
- cans refried beans - 2 item
- tub sour cream - 1 item
- envelope McCormick taco seasoning - 1 item
How to make nachos:
Brown ground meat and drain fat. Add taco seasonings and mix; set aside. Heat refried beans and set aside in a baking dish. Add a layer of beans, ground meat and then a layer of cheese. Add another layer of beans, meat and cheese. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
