Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- nacho chips - 1 item
- sausage meat - 1 lb
How to make nacho dip:
Brown ground beef and sausage meat; drain. Cut up cheese into a slow cooker. Add tomatoes, ground beef, sausage meat and chili powder. Let cool slowly until cheese melts and stir until mixed well. Can be served with nachos or large corn chips.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Appetizers, Dips.
