My favorite apple crisp
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- flour
- 1/2 sticks butter or margarine - 1 item
- to 10 apples - 8 item
How to make my favorite apple crisp:
Peel, core and cut apples in slices and spread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been buttered. Work together with a fork, pastry blender or fingers the remaining ingredients until crumbly. Spread over the apples and bake, uncovered, at 350° for about 1 hour. Test apples with fork to be sure they are cooked. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.This recipe is my grandmother's, Elsie Mae Lersch.
