Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
How to make mustard sauce:
Combine mustard, sugar, vinegar and egg in small saucepan. Blend well and cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 3/4 cup.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
