Mustard baked chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mustard prepared - 1/4 c
- fryer chicken pieces
- maple syrup or maple syrup with honey - 1/2 c
How to make mustard baked chicken:
Mix maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice and salt together. Spoon over skinned chicken pieces. Let stand at least 24 hours or overnight in sealed container. Melt margarine and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. I use a glass pan. Pour over sauce. BakeRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
