Mushrooms au gratin



  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
  • washed and drained mushrooms * - 1/2 lb

How to make mushrooms au gratin:

*Use paper towels to thoroughly dry. Button mushrooms preferable or cut larger mushrooms into quarters.

Saute mushrooms in butter using no other liquid. Place sauteed mushrooms in baking dish. Thirty minutes before serving, add the last 3 ingredients, blended, to dish and place in oven at 350° until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
